I’m 20 years old and I’m studying Sport, Exercise and Health at CIOS. I also work at a gym, and I really enjoy shopping, going to festivals and going out on the water.

How satisfied were you with the support from Holland?

I was very happy with it! We could ask anything and got answers quickly. Everything was clear before we went to Saint Lucia.

I had an incredibly fun time in Saint Lucia! We had a really great group and also really lovely children to teach. I found teaching the children at the schools, as well as the after-school sport, hugely fun and educational.

There’s also plenty of time left over to explore the island and do fun things. I’d definitely recommend the internship or the volunteering!
