About Saint Lucia and Our Project
Saint Lucia is a tropical island in the Caribbean, known for its stunning natural beauty, warm hospitality, and rich Creole culture. While the island attracts many tourists with its white sandy beaches and lush rainforests, it also faces significant challenges. One of the major issues is access to quality education. Due to economic inequality, many children have limited opportunities to fully develop their potential.
As a participant in our program, you will be based in Castries, the capital of Saint Lucia, which will serve as your home throughout the trip. You’ll stay in comfortable accommodation and visit our community projects in the surrounding areas. Our foundation uses sport as a tool to address social issues. The sports sessions aim to teach children essential life skills such as teamwork, confidence, and leadership. In addition, we offer educational programs to help children develop their talents and provide information on important topics such as gender equality, health, and well-being. Every year, hundreds of children take part in our projects — and the impact continues to grow.
Where Will You Be?
All activities take place in and around Castries. You’ll stay each night in welcoming accommodation close to both the city and the beach. Castries is a lively capital with a population of around 20,000, known for its colorful markets and friendly atmosphere. The city is surrounded by breathtaking nature, from green hills to idyllic beaches. While not large, Castries is full of local life and offers a perfect introduction to the real Saint Lucia. The surrounding region is ideal for adventurous activities like hiking, snorkeling, and exploring the island’s unique culture and history.

Guide
Joël A. Martin will be your coordinator in Saint Lucia. He is half Saint Lucian and half English. Thanks to his strong connections with the island’s national teams, you’ll quickly get the chance to meet international players. Joël is highly dedicated and will ensure you have an unforgettable time on this tropical island. As a former professional footballer, Joël knows everything about football, and even more about his club, Arsenal.
